Exam Pattern (தேர்வு முறை)

• Single written exam (Code 496): SSLC standard, 3 hours, 300 marks total.
• Part A — General Studies: 75 questions (Units I–VI).

3. அலகு III: எழுதும் திறன் (15 தகள்விகள்)
   (i) நோற்கழள ஒழுங்குபடுத்திச் நோற்நறாடர் அழைத்தல் – நதாடர் ேழககள் – நேய்ேிழன, நேெப்பாட்டு ேிழன – தன்ேிழன, பிறேிழன – ஒருழைப் பன்ழை பிழைெறிந்து ேரிொன நதாடரறிதல். 4. அலகு IV: கலலச் ச ொற்கள் (10 தகள்விகள்)
   பல்துழற ோர்ந்த கழலச் நோற்கழள அதாேது அறிேிெல், கல்ேி, ைருத்துேம், சைலாண்ழை, ேட்டம், புேிெிெல், நதாைில்நுட்பம், ஊடகம், தகேல் நதாைில்நுட்பம் உள்ளிட்ட பல்துழற ோர்ந்த கழலச் நோல்லுக்கு செரான தைிழ்ச் நோற்கழள அறிந்திருக்க சேண்டும். (உதாரணம்: search engine – சதடு நபாறி, ேலழே – Migration, ஒவ்ோழை – Allergy, ைரபணு – Gene, கடல் ழைல் – Nautical Mile)
5. அலகு V: வொ ித்தல் – புரிந்து சகொள்ளும் திறன் (15 தகள்விகள்)
   நகாடுக்கப்பட்ட பத்திெிலிருந்து சகட்கப்பட்ட ேினாக்களுக்கு ேரிொன ேிழடழெத் சதர்ந்நதடுத்தல் – நேய்தித்தாள் – தழலெங்கம் – முகப்புச் நேய்திகள் – அரசு ோர்ந்த நேய்திகள் –கட்டுழரகள் – இேற்ழற ோேித்தல் – புரிந்து நகாள்ளும் திறன் – உேழைத் நதாடரின் நபாருளறிதல் – ைரபுத் நதாடரின் நபாருளறிதல் – பைநைாைிகள் நபாருளறிதல் – ஆேண உள்ளடக்கங்கழளப் புரிந்து நகாள்ளும் திறன்.
6. அலகு VI: எளிய சமொழி சபயர்ப்பு (5 தகள்விகள்)
   ஆங்கிலம் ைற்றும் பிறநைாைிச் நோற்களுக்கு இழணொன தைிழ்ச் நோற்கள் அறிதல் சேண்டும் – பென்பாட்டில் உள்ள ஆங்கிலச் நோற்கழள நைாைிநபெர்த்தல் சேண்டும் (ோன்று: pendrive, printer, computer, keyboard) – ஆேணங்களின் தழலப்பு – சகாப்புகள் – கடிதங்கள் – ைனுக்கள் – நைாைிநபெர்ப்பு புரிந்து நகாள்ளுதல்.
7. அலகு VII: இலக்கியம், தமிழ் அறிஞர்களும், தமிழ்த்சதொண்டும் (15 தகள்விகள்)
