| Performance & Integrity | Officers should have good track record of performance and thorough knowledge of Bank’s systems and procedures. Integrity should not have been doubtful during service. No punishment/penalty (Censure or higher) should have been inflicted during the five years preceding retirement. No CBI or law enforcement agency cases pending. |
