Get in touch
We welcome questions, corrections and feedback from TNPSC aspirants, teachers and anyone who spots something wrong on the site. Reader reports are the main way errors reach us, so they genuinely help.
General enquiries: [email protected]
We aim to reply within two to three business days. If you are reporting a problem with a page, please include the page address and, where you can, a short note on what looks wrong. That lets us reproduce the issue instead of guessing at it.
What to contact us about
- Factual errors in general studies, syllabus pages, exam guides or quiz questions. Tell us the page and what you believe the correct information is.
- Broken links or technical problems, including pages that fail to load, quizzes that do not start, or Tamil text that displays incorrectly.
- Copyright or attribution concerns. If you believe material of yours appears here without proper credit or permission, write to us with the page address and a description of the material, and we will review and act on it.
- Privacy requests about data we hold, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Advertising or partnership enquiries.
How we handle corrections
When a reported error is confirmed, we fix the page itself and update its revision date. For anything material, such as a wrong exam date, an incorrect eligibility rule or a mistaken answer key, we treat the correction as urgent because candidates act on that information.
If we cannot confirm a reported error, we will say so rather than quietly leave the page unchanged. Where a disagreement comes down to interpretation of an official notification, we defer to the notification and link to it.
What we cannot help with
TNPSC Test is an independent educational website and has no connection to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. We cannot process or check an application, issue or reissue a hall ticket, change your registration details, release results, or answer questions about an individual candidate’s case.
For any of those, use the official commission website at tnpsc.gov.in, which is the only authoritative source for applications, hall tickets, answer keys and results.
