TN TET Mock Test 2026 — Free Online Test Series (Paper I & II)
This page collects what candidates most often look for about the TN TET examination. TN TET recruits for the Teacher Eligibility Test that qualifies candidates for teaching posts. Figures and dates on this page describe how the examination has been conducted in recent cycles; always confirm the current position against the official notification before you rely on it for a decision.
How to use a TN TET mock test
A mock test is only useful if you treat it as a diagnostic rather than a score. Sit the full paper in one block, keep to the real time limit, and do not look anything up while the clock is running. The number you get at the end matters far less than the pattern underneath it.
When you review, sort every wrong answer into one of three buckets: questions you had never met the concept behind, questions where you knew the concept but misread the stem, and questions you got wrong because you ran out of time. Each bucket needs a different response. The first sends you back to the source book. The second is a reading-speed problem and usually improves with deliberate practice at underlining the operative word in the question. The third is a sequencing problem: you are spending too long on hard questions early and leaving easy marks unclaimed at the end.
How often to take one
Weekly is enough while you are still covering the syllabus for the first time. Any more than that and you spend the hours you should be using to learn new material on measuring material you have not learned yet. In the last six to eight weeks before the examination, move to two or three full papers a week and keep a written log of your bucket counts so you can see whether the pattern is actually shifting.
