TN TET Previous Year Question Papers with Answers (Paper I & II, Year-wise)

Figures and dates on this page describe how the examination has been conducted in recent cycles; always confirm the current position against the official notification before you rely on it for a decision.
Why previous TN TET papers are worth more than guides
A previous year paper is the only document that tells you, without interpretation, what the examiner actually asked. Syllabus documents list topics; past papers show you which of those topics carry real weight, how deep the questions go, and how the wording is usually framed. Two topics given a single line each in the syllabus can turn out to be worth very different numbers of marks.
Work through at least five recent papers before you decide how to allocate your study hours. Tally the questions by topic as you go. The tally almost always shows a small number of areas producing a large share of the marks, and that tally should drive your revision plan rather than the order the syllabus happens to be printed in.
How to work a paper properly
Attempt the paper cold and under time before you look at any answer key. Reading a paper with the answers beside it feels productive and teaches almost nothing, because recognition is not recall. After you have marked it, write out a short note for every question you missed explaining why you missed it. That note is the actual study material.
